Creating whiteboards is a sensitive process that can be error-prone. A variety of things can go wrong, only some of which can be prevented. Here are some of the things that can go wrong while drawing:

  • If you get disconnected from YoVille
  • If the mouse gets moved a lot which causes it to look messed up
  • If for some reason the program can't download the pen strokes
  • If a popup gets in the way of drawing and the program doesn't realize it

To help ensure that you are able to make at least one copy of the whiteboard you order, we allow you to potentially make two copies, so that in case of a failure, you will still end up with one good copy.

If an error occurs early in the process, it doesn't count as an attempt. But if the whiteboard is mostly finished, then it does count as one of your two attempts.

Note this is only relevant to bronze keys, as the others are limited by time and not by the number of attempts.
